By accessing or using ContentCraft AI ("the Service") at contentcraftsa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Mohammed Alsaeed, a sole trader based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ContentCraft AI is an AI-powered content generation platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses create marketing content including social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and other digital content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 10 AI content generations per month at no cost
• Starter Plan: 50 generations/month at $29/month
• Growth Plan: 150 generations/month at $59/month
• Pro Plan: Unlimited generations at $99/month

Payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create spam, phishing content, or misleading advertising
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. The ContentCraft AI platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Mohammed Alsaeed and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentCraft AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
